INGREDIENTS:
2 c. butter
1 t. salt
1 T. vanilla bean paste
1 T. chocolate emulsion
1.5 c. granulated sugar
1/4 c. powdered sugar
2 large eggs
1 c. cocoa powder
5 to 6 c. all purpose flour
large bag of Cadbury eggs
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350 (convection 325) degrees
Crush up 1 c. Cadbury eggs keeping in large chunks.
cream butter, salt, flavoring and sugars together. Add in eggs. Add in cocoa powder, flour, crushed Cadbury eggs.
Roll heaping teaspoon of dough into ball and gently flatten down just so you have a flat top (not so you have a thin completely flat cookie). Gently push one to two Cadbury eggs into the top/center.
Bake for 6 to 8 minutes
I swirled brown colored royal icing over the tops of warm cookies. You could use any chocolate sauce as well or even actual melted chocolate.
Looks great! Will definitely be making soon! Thank you for the recipe my friend!!
